In order to become a ZIMETRIX® User, you need to create your own account at our website ZIMETRIX®. In order to do that you must provide us the following information minimum: e-mail, address, sex, name, surname, date of birth, your current geographical location.
Once you became a ZIMETRIX® User, at any moment you will be able to extend your personal informational profile till "Professional" and\or "Corporative" level in order to get an access to the additional ZIMETRIX® services. It may require some extra information, except that provided by you during a registration procedure (the required data list will be available upon calling ZIMETRIX® services.
You can enter the information about the people with whom you have established contact and still stay in touch.
You may also choose to manually enter or upload data about your contacts to the "Contacts" section of systems used in your everyday life. Information entered into Contacts is only viewable by you and will not be available to other users without your permission. All information that you enter or upload about your contacts in a contact section will be covered by the Confidentiality Agreement and protected to the same extent as your personal information. Note: ZIMETRIX® never indulges into sending out unauthorized newsletters to your contacts under any circumstances.

Users may opt-out of this feature; however, ZIMETRIX® does not warrant how often third-party search engines will update their caches.
We may provide aggregated anonymous data about the usage of the Services to third parties for purposes that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate. We can divide our users into different categories according to their roles (for instance, a project manager, a vice-president), according to the fields, geographic locations and companies.
ZIMETRIX® cooperates with other on-line service providing companies in order to offer you combined services. Whenever we offer you such a combined service it will be your own choice whether or not to make use of the combined services. In such cases your personal identifiable information will be revealed only to those partners whom you have chosen for the combined service using.
All the messages sent via ZIMETRIX® by a non- ZIMETRIX® user, such as invitations, will contain your name and your e-mail address in the header of the message. Messages you initiate may also provide aggregate information about your network (for instance how many people are in your network), but will not list the people to whom you’re directly connected. Other communications that you initiate through ZIMETRIX®, like a request for an introduction, will list your name as the initiator but will not include your personal email address contact information. Your contact information will only be shared with another User if both of you have indicated that you would like to establish contact with each other.
It is possible that we may need to disclose your personal profile information when required by subpoena or other legal process. We will disclose that information only in case ZIMETRIX® has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities and it will comply with all the appropriate legal procedure or within some other legal procedure the company has knowledge of, or defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations.
You can review the personal information you provided to us and make any desired changes to the information you publish, or to the settings for your ZIMETRIX® account including your email and contact preferences, at any time by logging in to your account on ZIMETRIX® website. You can close your account at ZIMETRIX® customer service site. If you close your ZIMETRIX® account, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our publicly viewable database. If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your information, and may delete any or all of your account information without liability. However, we may retain certain data contributed by you if ZIMETRIX® believes it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. All the stored data is subject to the general provisions of Confidentiality Agreement that you have previously accepted.
In order to help secure your personal information, access to your data on ZIMETRIX® is password-protected, and sensitive data (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and ZIMETRIX® website. To protect any data you store on our servers, ZIMETRIX® also regularly audits its system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we resort to other available means of providing confidentiality as well.
ZIMETRIX® may update this Agreement at any time. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your personally identifiable information, or in the Agreement document itself, we will display a notice on ZIMETRIX® website. Unless stated otherwise, our current Confidentiality Agreement applies to all information that ZIMETRIX® has about you and your account.
